History
ULR 4483 for « Unité Labellisée de Recherche » was created in 2010 from the merger of three teams : EA2679 “Genetic variability of the organism's response to its chemical environment” co-directed by Pr. F. BROLY and M. LHERMITTE, EA2689 "Biology and physiology of skeptical states" led by Pr. R. MATRAN and EA2690 "Occupational and environmental toxicants and carcinogens" led by Pr. D. MARZIN. These teams have combined their activities and complementary approaches (experimental, clinical and population-based) in a bid to better understand, predict and prevent the adverse effects of the chemical environment on human health.
ULR 4483 has been headed since April 2013 by Dr. Jean-Marc LO GUIDICE. Attached to the University of Lille, it is also co-supervised by the Lille University Hospital and the Pasteur Institute of Lille. Its research activities are located on three sites: the research division of the Faculty of Medicine, the Department of Toxicology and Public Health of the Faculty of Pharmacy, and the Genetic Toxicology Laboratory of the Institut Pasteur de Lille.
